While searching Pinterest one day for some ideas of homemade Valentine’s Day gifts, I came across this idea of a jar with 365 reasons why you love your spouse that they can read each day.
I modified it a bit to make this “Reasons I Respect You” note jar for my hubby.
This is a quick but fun way to let your man know some reasons why you respect him. I did a 10 day jar but you can make notes for as many days as you want!
Leave it on his desk or by the bed and tell him he can read one a day. It’s a great way to give him some encouragement and let him know how much you love him!
Here’s what you need:
Small Mason Jar
Craft Twine
Scrapbook paper
Scissors
Marker
Two-sided tape or glue
Cut out a piece of white paper and write your instructions. Tape or glue it to a lightly larger sized piece of scrpabook paper and then tape that to the jar. Tie some twine around the top and your jar is ready to go! Cut 10 strips of paper and write a reason why you respect your man on each strip. Fold and put in the jar. Done!
